WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before 3 pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48-hour day cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 48-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.

Special Events may have a different cancellation policy.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken.

DOES THE HOTEL SERVE BREAKFAST?

Yes, we offer a European style breakfast in the Veranda Lounge.

IS THERE A BAR OR RESTAURANT ON YOUR PROPERTY?

Yes, The Veranda Lounge is a full service bar and offers a menu with lighter shareable fare. It is open daily from 4-10pm and from 4-11pm Friday and Saturdays.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Pets are not permitted in The Loutrel Hotel but service animals are welcome. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and asked to vacate the property.

WHAT IS THE LOUTREL’S SMOKING POLICY?

We are a smoke-free property. A $250 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

For your convenience, valet parking is available to guests at a rate of $35 per evening. 

DO YOU HAVE CAR CHARGERS?

Yes the Loutrel Hotel have car charging options available for Tesla and universal car chargers

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?

Yes, we have a 24-hour fitness Studio featuring Peloton and Life Fitness equipment on the property.
