Yes, we feature four boutique meeting and event spaces tailored for groups from 10 to 125 guests:

Rooftop Terrace: Open-air venue with panoramic Charleston skyline views (Capacities: 125 reception/banquet)
The Veranda Lounge: Sophisticated lobby venue for private receptions (Capacity: 125 reception)
The Clubroom: Flexible 700 sq. ft. meeting room (Capacities: 75 theater, 75 reception, 36 classroom)
The Study: Elegant 216 sq. ft. room for executive dining or meetings (Capacities: 25 theater/reception, 16 banquet, 12 U-shape)

Is there a business center available for guest use?

While we do not have a dedicated business center room, our front desk and concierge teams offer full administrative assistance, including printing, scanning, and quiet workspace options in The Clubroom, The Study, or The Veranda Lounge.

Do you offer free printing or workspace options?

Yes, complimentary printing, copying, and scanning services are provided through our front desk team, and quiet remote work spaces are available throughout the property with free Wi-Fi.

What audiovisual equipment is included, and what is available at an additional cost?

High-speed Wi-Fi, standard power access, and select display setups are available on-site; dedicated AV packages (including wireless microphones, projectors, presentation screens, audio systems, and hybrid video conferencing setups) are coordinated through our preferred partners for an additional fee.

Is catering required through the hotel, and what options are available?

In-house food and beverage service for receptions is provided through The Veranda Lounge (craft cocktails and small plates). For full plated dinners or specialized event catering, we partner with top preferred local Charleston caterers or allow approved outside caterers.

Can outside vendors be used, and what restrictions or approval processes apply?

Yes, outside vendors (floral, photography, entertainment, and full-service caterers) are permitted with management approval at least 14 days prior to your event (vendors must submit proof of valid business licensing and general liability insurance).

What is the deposit structure and final payment timeline for events?

A deposit (typically 25% to 50% of the estimated total) is required at contract signing to secure your event date, with the remaining balance and final guest count due 14 to 30 days prior to your event.

What internet and technology capabilities are available for meetings and events, including support for hybrid or virtual setups?

All meeting spaces feature high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated ethernet connectivity upon request, and full technology integration for hybrid meetings and video conferencing setups.

Are outdoor event spaces available, and what is the contingency plan in case of inclement weather?

Yes, The Rooftop Terrace is our premier outdoor venue. In case of inclement weather, events are relocated into our flexible indoor spaces (The Clubroom or The Veranda Lounge), with indoor backup plans finalized 24 to 48 hours prior to event start.
